Christ is Risen, Alleluia! “This is the day the Lord has made: let us rejoice and be glad” (Psalm 188). By his Resurrection, Jesus Christ has conquered sin and death, in order that we may live. Now we have the hope to believe that we too will be raised, as he has promised. Our faith in the Resurrection will trans[1]form our life. As St. Augustine said, we become “Easter People”, to be transformed to become disciples, who would commit our time, talent and treasure to bear witness to His love.
My prayer on this occasion is that you and your family remain filled with peace and joy, that Jesus has shared with his disciples. In the dark times of your life’s journey, may you be blessed to see the light of hope. At times of weakness, may you experience the strength and during the time of distress, may you be filled with the joy of the Risen Lord.
