“Come to me all you who are weary and find life burdensome” (Matthew 11:28).
Each of us are weary, burdened, and I know in my case, heartbroken. It is sad for me to think that the faithful will not be able to receive the physical presence of Christ in the Eucharist for a time. We must remember this is only a time. I pray that it will be a short time. During these difficult days that are at hand, please rely on the many opportunities that are available for mass via technology.
Relevant radio will broadcast a mass every day at 12 noon central until the churches reopen. If you scroll through Facebook, you may see other masses live streamed. EWTN will truly be a good friend during this time as well. Remember God is with you even in these difficult days. Let us storm heaven during this time and pray that God will shorten this pandemic.
